2) Light a Molly & Me candle. I highly recommend Be Mindful to set the tone.

3) Apply hydration mask & slather on your favourite lip balm. My go-to instant facials are Seoulista Beauty and a little Gin & Tonic lip balm. 

4) Enjoy a relaxing soak in the bath.

5) Try a little journalling post bath to relax the mind, maybe even add a hot chocolate and enjoy beside the fire.
